One Account Policy

Currency & Conversion

5 Bonus & Promotions Policy

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on the 4777com platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, voiding of balances and winnings, and — where applicable — reporting to law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

8 Account Suspension & Closure

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid court order or instruction from a recognised regulatory or law enforcement body.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more (dormant account policy).

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings) will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Where funds are determined to be legitimately the player's own deposited funds and are not associated with fraudulent activity, they may be returned after the investigation is complete.

Closure by the Player

You may close your 4777com account at any time by contacting our support team at support@4777com. Before requesting closure, please ensure that any pending withdrawal requests have been processed and that your account balance is zero, or request a withdrawal of your remaining balance as part of the closure request.
